Estimates and examples

The cost calculator, example screens, example numbers and the chat assistant's answers are rough guides to help you think about your business. They are not quotes, promises or guarantees of savings. A fixed price is only given in writing after the second call.

Calls and mockups

The first call and the mockup shown on the second call are free and you're under no obligation to go ahead. A mockup is a visual preview only: it has no backend or integrations.

Payment and refunds

Payment terms, the scope of work, what counts as "done", timelines and our full refund guarantee are set out in your written project agreement.

Ownership

When a project is paid for and handed over, the source code, deployed system, data and documentation built for you belong to you, as set out in your project agreement.
